WELLNESS TRADING Terms of Service

1. Terms and Definitions

By accessing the website at welness-trading.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms and Conditions"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law
Goods – any goods that are placed on welness-trading.com and are available for purchase by Customers.

2. The procedure for placing an order for a Good

An order for a Good is made by the Customer independently on welness-trading.com.
The completion of the Order formation takes place at the moment of its confirmation to the manager, who contacts the Customer in the near future after receiving the data filled in by the Customer on the "Contacts" page.

The Order is considered to be issued at the time of its confirmation of payment by the Customer of the Order.

The Customer has the right to cancel the Order at any time during the process of placing the Order. Just inform the manager about it. An incomplete Order is not considered to be completed and will not be sent or rendered to the Customer.

3. Use License

  • a) Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on WELLNESS TRADING's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    • i. modify or copy the materials;
    • ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    • iii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on WELLNESS TRADING's website;
    • iv. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    • v. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Product features

Goods are presented on welness-trading.com in the catalog through photo samples, which are the property of the WELLNESS TRADING, which the Client can find by clicking on the "PRODUCT" page.
To get full information about the Goods, the Client needs to click on the selected Goods. On the page of the selected Goods the Client will be able to get acquainted with the composition, characteristics of the Goods, their appearance, weight, quantity in one package, method of application.

Photo-sample of the Goods packaging color, which is provided on welness-trading.com, may slightly differ from the original Goods packaging, depending on the resolution and settings of the Client's computer/phone monitor.
In case the Client has any questions concerning the Goods of the WELLNESS TRADING, the Client can get a consultation, where he/she will be provided with all the necessary information in detail. In order to get the consultation, the Client shall fill in the electronic form which can be found on the "Contacts" page. After sending the form, the Client will be contacted by the representative of the WELLNESS TRADING

5. Withdrawal right the Goods and the procedure for its return

The Client has the right to reject the Goods without giving any reason within 10 working days of receipt of the Goods, provided that the Goods have not been unpacked or used by the Client.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must fill out a paper withdrawal form, which will come to the Client together with the Goods during the period specified in this clause and send the Goods together with the completed withdrawal form to the address specified in the form.

6. COMPLAINTS

In case of questions and claims from the Client, he/she has the right to address to the WELLNESS TRADING, for what it is necessary to fill in the electronic form which can be found on the "Contacts" page.

If the answer of WELLNESS TRADING is not satisfactory for the Client, he/she can use the means of protection of his/her rights, which are stipulated by the legislation of his/her country.

7. Disclaimer

  • a) The materials on WELLNESS TRADING's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. WELLNESS TRADING makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
  • b) Further, WELLNESS TRADING does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
